Powerful Router Features make installation easy.

The E2 Series provides a 2.0a/b VEN embedded in an Industrial router. This offers added security as well a host of networking options.

Pre-configured as a simple managed network switch, connections can be made to Modbus devices over the facility’s LAN or a sub-network can be created.

This way only the GRIDlink needs a single IP address in those cases where IT must assign a static IP to everything operating on the network. Static IP addresses can be set ahead of time or use the handy MAC to IP binding feature built into the GRIDlink. All possible without involving IT.

Naturally, the GRIDlink can easily be configured for all ports to be DHCP clients from the facility’s DHCP server.

GRD8ID8O Module adds Flexibility & Scale

The GRD8ID8o DIN rail-mounted module has 8 Digital inputs & 8 Digital outputs. It can be mounted next to the GRIDlink E2 or up to 100 meters away on a single CAT5e cable.

GRIDlink E2 comes standard with one module which includes a 15A DPDT Pending, Moderate & High relay. Using the spare DOs, additional relays can be added and assigned to ADR Signal levels.

Additional modules can be remotely located on the facility LAN or connected via WiFi. This allows the OpenADR signal to be easily distributed around large facilities.

IOT Expanded Wide Area Coverage

Using MQTT, OpenADR Event Signals can be re-transmitted over wide areas to shed loads and retrieve meter data across campuses or across entire cities.
