Auto Pay Terms
By enrolling in this payment option, you are authorizing IC Systems each month to charge your credit card, debit card, or bank account on your payment date for the total balance due on your account. The payment date and amount is indicated on your IC Systems monthly billing statement. Through the notification method you have chosen, you will also be notified of the payment date and amount due at least 10 days in advance of your payment.
Your authorization applies to the credit card, debit card, or bank account on file and any future information provided by your bank, or by your contacting IC Systems Customer Service. IC Systems does not charge for this service at this time; however, you should check with your bank for any additional charges. IC Systems reserves the right, upon notification, to terminate this program at any time. All charges, terms and conditions are subject to change. This agreement does not alter in any way the terms and conditions of your existing Customer Agreement.You understand that if your payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by your financial institution or card issuer for any reason, then IC Systems has the right to charge a returned item fee and to cancel your account from the recurring payment option.
You have authorized us to treat your electronic signature as evidence of your consent to initiate recurring electronic payment transactions from your credit card, debit card, or bank account on a monthly basis. This authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper-formatted contract. Your consent only applies to the initiation of the recurring electronic credit card, debit card, and bank account debits.
You may withdraw your consent to the monthly recurring payment transactions by contacting IC Systems at 001 949 857-6600.
You will receive a copy of these terms electronically. In order to furnish you with a copy of your consent to monthly recurring payment transactions, we may also send a paper copy of this authorization to your address on file with us.
From time to time, IC Systems may revise these Terms and Conditions. IC Systems will provide notice of such revisions by posting revisions to the website Subscriptions Auto Pay page. Material revisions to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective no sooner than 30 days after posting on the IC Systems website at www.gridlinktechnologies.com/terms. If you do not agree to IC Systems’s revision(s), you must terminate your recurring payment enrollment immediately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the recurring payment option after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.
