THE PRODUCT
The T24 is designed to support a structured commissioning workflow — from bench testing through to site verification and client demonstration.
Prior to installation, the GRIDview Virtual Top Node (VTN) allows full simulation and configuration testing in a controlled office environment. Each unit can be validated against your project specifications before it leaves the bench, reducing the risk of on-site defects and streamlining the commissioning process.
On site, GRIDview VTN provides a live verification environment where a Demand Response signal can be demonstrated directly to electrical inspectors or clients — showing real-time load shed status, device configuration, and connectivity health in a clear, auditable format. GRIDview provides on-site diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network issues during installation and commissioning.
Post-handover, the GRIDview cloud platform maintains continuous remote monitoring of all deployed units, with software update capability managed centrally. As an industrial-grade platform, the T24 carries a significantly longer operational lifespan than consumer-grade alternatives — an important consideration when specifying hardware that will be embedded in long-term infrastructure.
